Privacy Policy
OffLoad is a product of Biz Rise LLC (“Biz Rise”, “we”, “us”). This page explains what we collect when you use offloadthat.com or the OffLoad service, why we collect it, and how to reach us about it. It’s written in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
- Your name and your business name.
- Your phone number and email address.
- Details from a job ad your business published publicly — for example, a posting for a receptionist or front-desk role: the role, the location, and the hours you described.
- Call and message history between you and Biz Rise — when we spoke, what was discussed, and the messages exchanged.
- Basic technical information when you visit this site (browser type, pages viewed), used only to keep the site working.
Why we collect it
- To provide and support the OffLoad service — building and running your demo, and operating your front office once you’re a customer.
- To follow up with businesses that have spoken to a Biz Rise representative — by phone, by email, or by text where you’ve agreed to it.
- To answer the questions you ask us and keep a record of what we agreed.
Mobile information and text messaging
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
We only text business owners and managers who have spoken with a Biz Rise representative and agreed to receive texts. How that consent is collected is described on our SMS Program Disclosure page.
- To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You’ll get one confirmation and nothing further.
- For help, reply HELP to any message, or email hello@offloadthat.com.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Service providers
To operate OffLoad we use a small number of service providers — telephony and messaging carriers, email delivery, and hosting. They may process your data only to deliver the service on our behalf, not for their own purposes. We don’t sell your information.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
- We don’t share your mobile number or your texting consent with anyone for their marketing.
- We don’t text anyone who hasn’t agreed to it on a call with us.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we’re working with you, or as long as we need it to answer a question you asked or to keep a record of what was agreed. If you’d like it removed, email us.
Your choices
Email hello@offloadthat.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Reply STOP to end texts at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.
