Who receives texts
Business owners and managers who have spoken with a Biz Rise representative by phone and said yes when asked whether we may text them.
The representative asks for consent on the call and records the date, the time, and the number given. We do not text anyone who has not agreed on a call. No purchased lists, no bulk sends.
What the texts are
A short follow-up from the named representative you spoke with:
- The link to your business’s own demo.
- Appointment or callback details.
- Replies to questions you asked.
Example: “Hi Dana, it’s Michael from OffLoad. Here’s the link to your demo: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
How often
Conversational. Typically 1–4 messages per week while a conversation is active. Message frequency varies.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message. STOP ends all messages immediately — you’ll get one confirmation and nothing further.

Consent is your choice
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from Biz Rise. You can say no on the call, or reply STOP later, and it changes nothing about the demo, the pricing, or the service.
Your information
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
