Who we are
OffLoad is a product of Biz Rise LLC (“Biz Rise”, “we”, “us”). These terms cover your use of offloadthat.com and the OffLoad service. By using either, you agree to them.
What the service is
OffLoad is a front-office platform for small businesses. It answers your phone and your website chat, captures what callers and visitors need, books appointments, and follows up — grounded in your own business information. The plan you’re on and what it includes are set out in your service agreement.
Your account
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us, for keeping your login details private, and for the actions of anyone you allow to use your account.
Acceptable use
Use OffLoad for lawful business purposes only. Don’t use it to send unsolicited messages, to impersonate anyone, to collect information you’re not entitled to, or in any way that breaks the law or a carrier’s rules. We may suspend an account that does.
Your information
How we handle your information is covered by our Privacy Policy.
SMS Terms
Biz Rise sends text messages only to business owners and managers who have agreed to receive them on a call with a Biz Rise representative. Who gets texts, what they contain, and how consent is recorded are set out on our SMS Program Disclosure page.
- To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message.
- For help, reply HELP to any message, or email hello@offloadthat.com.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Fees and cancellation
Fees, billing dates, and how to cancel are set out in your service agreement. Ask us and we’ll tell you plainly.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep OffLoad running, but we don’t promise it will be available every minute or that every call, chat, or message will be captured. The service is provided as is.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Biz Rise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, the effective date at the top of this page changes, and continued use means you accept the update.
